LogoDrop provides a platform that allows brands to feature their logos in a mobile keyboard application, enabling users to search and insert brand logos like emojis across various applications and platforms.

All uploaded logos are subject to approval by LogoDrop. We reserve the right to reject logos that are inappropriate, offensive, or violate intellectual property rights. Approved logos will appear in the keyboard within 24 hours of approval.
Users of the LogoDrop keyboard are responsible for using brand logos appropriately and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. LogoDrop is not responsible for how users utilize brand logos in their communications or the context in which they appear.
We provide usage analytics to subscribers, including frequency of logo use, geographic data, and app contexts. This data is collected anonymously and helps brands understand their logo's reach and impact.
While we strive for maximum uptime, LogoDrop does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your logo will be removed from the keyboard platform within 48 hours. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods except as outlined in our refund policy.
LogoDrop's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or how your logo is used by keyboard users.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
